With a team of trained experts, we develop personalised care plans that cater to the specific needs of each individual, ensuring they have the support required to lead fulfilling lives.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE
AT KNIGHTON MANOR LTD
We provide high levels of support for individuals in a supported living and domiciliary environment. We also offer day centre at one of our supported living complexes.
SUPPORTED LIVING
Supported living means having care and support in your own home. Our support is built around the individual and gives them independence to live their own life, while at the same time still providing the highest quality of care when it is needed.
DOMICILIARY
Domiciliary care is provided to people who live in their own homes but may require support with things such as personal care and household tasks. We help the individuals maintain their independence and their quality of life.
DAY CENTRE
Holmwood Gardens has a privately ran day centre offering a friendly service and a wide range of activities and opportunities for adults with disabilities. Examples activities we provide include gardening, arts and crafts, day trips and cooking!
