Holmwood Meadows consists of twelve 1 bed flats and one 2 bed flat, We also have five 1 bed flats at the front of the premises.
Holmwood Meadows has been supporting adults with learning disabilities for 4 years. We can provide individuals with all aspects of life from personal care, daily living skills and social inclusion. We offer all different kinds of support from a few hours to 24 hour care.
